Pashtany Bank is a state owned bank established in 1954 and is registered with Da Afghanistan Bank (Central Bank of Afghanistan) under the commercial banking license to operate nation-wide. In order to meet growing demand of its customers, Pashtany Bank established three foreign branches located in Peshawar, Chaman, and Karachi cities of Pakistan. In the first 19 years, the bank had a strong growth and recovery and expanded its assets size recording strong profitability under his assignment. The bank witnessed significant reforms and the modernization process of the bank is well on track based on the market needs and dynamic financial sector in the region. The bank had more than 50 correspondent banking relations making it a dominant bank in terms of business relations with the top banks in the developed and developing world. Based on the current market needs and growing financial industry, the bank strengthened its corporate governance structure, established an independent Board of Supervisors (BoS) meeting on monthly basis, have independent Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit departments. As a result, such moves helped bank in promoting accountability, transparency, disclosure and strong internal controls. In addition to this, the bank invested a lot in its soft infrastructure to meet best international compliance and risk management standards making it a leading institution in terms of corporate governance in the country.

Job Summary

هدف وظیفه: در صورت تقاضای همکاری رئیس امر مالی وحسابی در امورات یومیه که برای موثریت و مثمریت شعبات امریت مالی و حسابی مربوط باشد همکاری مینماید.

Duties & Responsibilities

صلاحیت و مسولیت هاي وظیفوي:

1 مرور و بررسی راپور های مالی دوره ای مطابق ستندرد های بین المللی (IFRS,AAOIFI) و تجزیه و تحلیل راپور های مالی از جمله بودجه تصویب شده در مقابل بودجه حقیقی

2 ترتیب، مرور و کنترول بودجه

3 مرور و بررسی کلیه راپور های مالی مربوطه که توسط سیستم CBS ترتیب میشود و ارائه آن به شکل ماهوار، ربعوار و سالانه به هیئت مدیره و منجمنت

4 مرور و تأئید راپور های مالی مطابق قانون و مقرره د افغانستان بانک و ارسال آن به وقت و زمان معین آن

5 اطمینان و نظارت از اجراآت آمریت مالی (مدیریت عمومی محاسبه وسرمایه گذاریها) در مطابقت با پالیسی های مربوطه آمریت مالی

6 اطمینان از اینکه هیچ دارایی بانک راکد نمانده و به طور موثر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد

7 ترتیب و اشتراک در کمیته الکو

8 ترتیب راپور های مالی به جلسات هیئت عامل، کمیته الکو و هیئت نظار

9 کنترول مصارف عملیاتی و انکشافی مطابق بودجه تصویب شده

10 بازنگری و کنترول از خریداری اثاثیه و دارائهای ثابت بانک و فروش آن و استهلاکات مطابق پالیسی مالی و مطمئین شدن از درج آن در سیستم دارائی های ثابت FAMS

11 یافتن منابع مالی مناسب و شناسایی موسسات مالی مناسب برای سرمایه گذاریهای

12 هماهنگی با سایر بانکها در رابطه با نیازمندی های مالی بانک

13 مسئول برنامه ریزی مالی تهیه و کنترل بودجه

14 مسئول مدیریت عملیات مالی بانک

15 نظارت بر عملكرد مدیریت های عمومی سرمایه گذاریها و محاسبه

16 پیشنهاد بهبود به ارتباط ارائه تحلیل توسط سیستم به اساس معلومات که به سیستم داده میشود

17 تصویب پرداخت به کارمندان ، فروشنده گان ، قراردادیان و غیره

18 بازنگری و حصول اطمینان از تمام موضوعات مالیه مطابق قانون مالیات افغانستان و ارسال نمودن راپور های مالیات و سایر راپور ها به ادارات مربوطه به وقت و زمان مناسب آن

19 ارائه مشوره ، نظارت و ارائه همکاری به همه کارکنان بخش مالی به منظور ارتقای ظرفیت در رابطه با وظایف شان

20 هماهنگی با تفتیش خارجی

Job Requirements

شرایط استخدام (سطح تحصیل و تجربه کاری):

1 حداقل درجه تحصيل: ليسانس از رشته اقتصاد

2 تجارب لازمه: حداقل ۵ سال تجربه مدیریتی در بخش مالی بانکی و یا هفت سال تجربه کاری قابل مقایسه در موسسات مالی

3  داشتن یکی از سرتفیکیت های ACCA,CPA, CFA و یا سایر سرتیفیکت های همانند معتبر بین المللی

4  بلديت به لسان انگليسی داشته باشد.

5 بلديت به برنامه های اداره و منجمنت داشته باشد.

6 توانايی رهبری و کنترول بخش مربوط. بلديت به لسان های رسمی کشوردری و پشتو

7 صداقت و ایمانداری.

8 حفظ اسرار. پابندی به وظیفه محوله. ظرفیت کاری در کار گروهی.

9 اطاعت و فرمانبرداری از اوامر قانونی
