Based on the current market needs and growing financial industry, the bank strengthened its corporate governance structure, established an independent Board of Supervisors (BoS) meeting on monthly basis, have independent Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit departments. Job Summary

جمع آوری و تعقیب تمویل مالی توزیع شده در مطابقت به مقاوله منعقده ، صدور - تمدید و فسخ تضمینات بانکی در مطابقت با پالیسی ، پروسیجر ، قوانین مرتبط و متحد المال های دافغانستان بانک و انجام امورات اجرائیوی دفتر.

Duties & Responsibilities

وظایف و مسولیت ها:

ترتیب و تکمیل نمودن اسناد ضروری تمویل بعد از تصویب از جانب کمیته تمویل مالی و یا مقامات ذیصلاح بانک مطابق پالیسی تمویل مالی و درج آن در دوسیه مربوطه وسیستم سی بی اس  

سنجش مفاد/ مطابق پالیسی آمریت تمویل مالی و محصولات بانکداری اسلامی و مقاوله منعقده.  

سنجش ومحاسبه پرویژن تمویل مالی مطابق مقرره classification Asset  

پیشبرد امورات اجرائیوی شعبه و آمریت تمویل مالی  

ترتیب مراسلات رسمی و اصدار آن بعد از تائیدی وملاحظه شد مقامات ذیصلاح بانک به مرجع مربوطه.  

اطلاعیه های رسمی به ادرس مدیونین در ارتباط به تادیه دین شان درمیعاد معینه وجلوگیری از عدم بازپرداخت.  

ترتیب وتنظیم دوسیه های مدیونین به شکل منظم و تاریخوار حفظ ونگهداری آن به شکل مصئون.  

اسکن دوسیه های مدیونین به طور ربع وار و تکمیل نمودن آن بعد از تصفیه حساب و آرشیف نمودن آن بطور فهرست وار  

اسکن تضمین خط های بانکی اجراء کار هفته وار، ماهوار و ربعوار  

فهرست نمودن تمام دوسیه های تضمینات بانکی بعد از فسخ و آرشیف نمودن آن بطور دقیق 

اخذ اقساط تمویل (مفاد سنجش شده و اصل تمویل ) طبق تقسیم اوقات و پروتوکول منعقده با مدیونین  

بازدید و بررسی کاروفعالیت اشخاص و شرکتهای متمویل مالی غرض حصول تمویل و ارائیه گزارش به امرمستقیم در صورت ضورت.

رعایت از تطبیق پالیسی تمویل مالی ، طرزالعمل های مربوطه و متحد المال های دافغانستان بانک درمعاملات یومیه.

صدور، فسخ و تمدید تضمینات بانکی طبق پالیسی ، پروسیجر و متحدالمال های ارسالی دافغانستان بانک  

ارایه گزارش از اجراات یومیه به مدیر/ معاون بخش مربوطه

ترتیب نمودن راپور های منظم در مورد تمویل مالی اعطا شده، تضمینات بانکی و لیتراف کریدت ها.

مسئولیت کامل حفظ و نگهداشت اسناد دوسیه های تمویل ، تضمینات بانکی و لیتراف کریدت ها و مراقبت از دوسیه ها و فعالیت های مدیونین و راپور دهی به موقع.

انجام سایر امورات محوله قانون حسب هدایت امر مستقیم و یا اداره.

Job Requirements

شرایط استخدام

سویه تحصیلی : لیسانس در رشتۀ اقتصاد،امور مالی،اداره و تجارت و یا هم رشتۀ مرتبط به بانکداری

تجربه کاری : داشتن دو سال تجربه در امور بانکداری

مهارت های لازم :

بلدیت کامل تکلم و تحریر به یکی از لسان رسمی کشور" پشتو و دری "

آشنایی با لسان انگلیسی

بلدیت با پروگرام های کمپیوتر و سیستم سی بی اس
