Pashtany Bank is a state owned bank established in 1954 and is registered with Da Afghanistan Bank (Central Bank of Afghanistan) under the commercial banking license to operate nation-wide. The Bank has been operating as one of the leading commercial bank and dominated commercial banking sector since its establishment. In order to meet growing demand of its customers, Pashtany Bank established three foreign branches located in Peshawar, Chaman, and Karachi cities of Pakistan. In the first 19 years, the bank had a strong growth and recovery and expanded its assets size recording strong profitability under his assignment. The bank witnessed significant reforms and the modernization process of the bank is well on track based on the market needs and dynamic financial sector in the region. The bank had more than 50 correspondent banking relations making it a dominant bank in terms of business relations with the top banks in the developed and developing world. Based on the current market needs and growing financial industry, the bank strengthened its corporate governance structure, established an independent Board of Supervisors (BoS) meeting on monthly basis, have independent Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit departments. As a result, such moves helped bank in promoting accountability, transparency, disclosure and strong internal controls. In addition to this, the bank invested a lot in its soft infrastructure to meet best international compliance and risk management standards making it a leading institution in terms of corporate governance in the country.

بررسی شرعی و انطباق موضوعات با اصول بانکداری اسلامی

Duties & Responsibilities

انجام بازبینی های کنترول شرعی داخلی بر اساس نمونه گیری از بخش های تجارتی، دیپارتمنت ها، نمایندگی های مربوط بانک.

بررسی خدمات و عملیات بانکی، صورت های مالی و سوابق حسابداری به منظور اطمینان از تطابق با احکام شریعت، فتواها و رهنمودهای صادر شده توسط بورد شرعی و مراجع نظارتی مربوطه.

شناسایی و کزارش معاملات غیرشرعی و اطمینان از تخصیص درآمد حاصل از این ناحیه به موارد که شریعت تعیین نموده.

اطمینان از تطابق تقسیم ربح و خساره، از جمله نسبت ها، مصارف اداری و مفاد بانک، با فیصله ها و تصامیم بورد شرعی

انتقال یافته های تفتیش، انطباق و بازرسی به جهت های مربوطه و اطمینان از اجرآی به موقع اقدامات اصلاحی مورد نظر بورد شرعی

مد نظر داشتن وبسایت بانک تا اینکه اطلاعات مربوط به اعضای بورد شرعی، جزییات محصولات، شوالات متداول و اطلاعات تماس کارکنان مطابق واقعیت بوده

هماهنگی با نهادهای آموزشی مختلف سکتور بانکداری همچو IFSB، aaoifi و غیره.

تهیه و ترتیب پروپوزل برنامه های آموزشی و آگاهی دهی، با در نظرداشت استراتیژی و اولویت های بانکی

ارايه گزارش های منظم به آمر امور شرعی درباره دستاورد ها و برنامه های آینده برای ابتکارات ظرفیت ذیصلاح می باشد

Job Requirements

شرایط استخدام:

لسانس/ ماستری در بخش های علوم اسلامی ترجیح به بخش معاملات مالی

سه سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه/ استادی پوهنتون

دو سال تجربه در بانکداری اسلامی

بلدیت کامل به زبان های ملی

بلدیت به زبان عربی و انگلیسی
