The bank had more than 50 correspondent banking relations making it a dominant bank in terms of business relations with the top banks in the developed and developing world. Based on the current market needs and growing financial industry, the bank strengthened its corporate governance structure, established an independent Board of Supervisors (BoS) meeting on monthly basis, have independent Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit departments. As a result, such moves helped bank in promoting accountability, transparency, disclosure and strong internal controls. Job Summary

پیگیری ازتمام جایداد های بانک ودوسیه های املاک که در ارگانهای عدلی وقضا یی قراردارند به گونه منظم ومداوم.

Duties & Responsibilities

تعقیب دوسیه های مستآجرین و جایدادهای بانک در محاکم و ادارات.

هماهنگ وهمکاری در جمع آوری هیئت جهت تطبیق قرار قضایی از ارگانهای ذیربط در محل تخلیه جایداد ها.

ترتیب پیشنهادات،استعلام ها و مکاتیب در مورد دوسیه های که تحت دوران درمحاکم میباشد.

داشتن یک برنامه منظم کاری تعقیب وپیگیری به موقع قضایای مستاجرین و جایداد های بانک .

ارایه گزارشات کاری به بخش های مربوطه به معاون املاک و مدیر عمومی املاک.

نظارت وکنترول از جایداد های بانک بمنظور جلوگیری از سوء استفاده اشخاص غیر مسؤل.

حفظ و فالینگ اسناد و سوابق دوسیه ها به گونه منظم و مرتب.

تکثیر قرارقضا یی به مستآجرین و شعبات ذیربط داخلی و خاریج.

صداقت و ایمانداری - تجربه کاری - حفظ اسرار - اطاعت از اوامر قانو یی - پابندی به وظیفه محوله .

اجرای سایر وظایف که از طرف مقامات در مطابقت با قوانین و مقررات اداره سپرده میشود.

Job Requirements

درجه تحصیلی: حد اقل لیسانس در رشته های حقوق ,اقتصاد و اداره وتجارت و رشته مرتبط به بست.

تجربه کاری:داشتن  یک سال تجربه مرتبط به وظیفه

مهارت های لازم:

بلدیت کامل تکلم و تحریر به هردو لسان رسمی کشور " پشتو و دری " و آشنا یی به لسان انگلیسی.

توانا یی درکارگروهی .
