Based on the current market needs and growing financial industry, the bank strengthened its corporate governance structure, established an independent Board of Supervisors (BoS) meeting on monthly basis, have independent Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit departments. بازسازی، اعمار(، تعقیب و پیگیری امور ساختمانی با ادارات ذیربط، کنترول از تطبیق مشخصات تعیین شده امورات انجنیری کیفیت وکمیت در ساحه کار ساختمانی، سروی قبل از شروع کار عملی پروژه، برآورد دقیق احجام کار های ساختمانی و تاسیسات بانک، ارایه مشوره های سودمند و مسلکی در راستای رفع مشکلات تخنیکی وکنترول دوامدار از اجرات اشخاص فنی بانک، سکیج نمودن جایداد عندالضرورت، مهندسی )ترتیب

نمودن نقشه های دو بعدی، سه بعدی، نما ساختمان، قطع ساختمان، پلان ساختمان، برآورد، تطبیق پروژه

Duties & Responsibilities

ترتیب و ارآیه کزارش کاری به مدیریت عمومی املاک.

اجرای تمامی امور مطابق قوانین نافذه و پالیسی و پروسیجر های داخلی بانک.

مراقبت وکنترول دوامدار از ساختمانها وتاسیسات بانک.

مراقبت از تطبیق مشخصات تعیین شده تحت کار و رهنمایی در کارهای تعمیراتی و ترمیماتی به مؤظفین.

ارایه مشوره های سودمند و مسلکی در راستای رفع مشکلات تخنیکی و تطبیق پروګرامهای ساختمانی.

رهنمایی و مراقبت پرسونل ( رنگمال، نجار و برق)...... وکنترول ازکیفیت کار در ساحه ترمیمات و بازسازی

تعقیب و پیگیری امور پروژه های ساختمانی  بانک با ادارات ذیربط ) وزارت شهرسازی، انکشاف دهات، شاروالی.(...

کنترول از ساحه کاری پروژه های ساختمانی مطابق لایحه دست داشته.

همکاری با مدیریت عمومی املاک و انجینیران پروژه در پیشبرد امورکاری ( سروی تخنیکی، مهندسی ، برآورد ابتدیی،

مراقبت از تطبیق مشخصات تعیین شده در قرارداد) پلان ها، احجام کار، کیفیت وکمیت( در ساحه کار ساختمانی و

اشتراک در قیمت گذاری ملکیت های بانک ) عندال رضورت.

سروی نمودن ساحات برای اعمار ساختمانها.

مهندسی تمامی پلان های دو بعدی و سه بعدی ساختمانها ( پلان های مهندسی.)

تطبیق پروژه های ساختمانی مطابق پلانهای ساختمانی/ و نظارت دوامدار از آن.

صداقت وایمانداری - تجربه کاری - حفظ اسرار- اطاعت از اوامر قانونی - پابندی به وظیفه محوله.

اجرای سایر وظایف که از طرف مقامات در مطابقت با قوانین و مقررات اداره سپرده میشود.

Job Requirements

درجه تحصیلی: حد اقل لیسانس در رشته های انجنیری ساختمانی  یا سیول انجیری  ارجحیت داده میشود.

تجربه کاری:داشتن  دو سال تجربه در امور انجنیری بانک

مهارت های لازم:

بلدیت کامل تکلم و تحریر به هردو لسان رسمی کشور " پشتو و دری " و آشنا ین به لسان انگلیسی.

توانا ین در کارگروهی .

پروگرام های کمپیوتر حد اقل Office MS و تمامی پروګرامهای انجنیری .
