Duties & Responsibilities

وظایف و مسئولیت ها: 

تاید نمودن تمامی کارت های انجام شده در سیستم برای مراحل بعدی و مسول توزیع نمودن تمام اجناس مربوطه به شرکت APS

تهیه نمودن تمامی رهنمایی ها و پشنهادات مربوط به ماشین ATM به تمام نماینده گی ها .

مسول تسلیم شدن کردن کارت ، پین میلر های از آمریت سیستم و تادیه د افغانستان بانک و مسولیت محافظت و نگهداری کارت ها و پین میلر 

هماهنگی همرای نماینده مرکز تماس و خبر نمودن تمامی مشتریان به ارتباط فعال شدن ATM کارت 

درج نمودن تمام معلومات فورمه در ایکسل شیټ که از نمانیده گی ها دریافت میګردد 

چک نمودن تمام ورقه درخواستی همرای سیتم CBS قبل از درج نمودن ان در سیستم MIS و ارسال نمودن آن به آمریت APS

درج نمودن معلومات در Customer Request Form برای طی مراحل بعدی و ارسال به آمریت APS

چک و تنظیم نمودن PIN Mailer و ATM CARD که در سیستم آمریت تادیات د افغانستان بانک Personalize میګردد برای طی مراحل بعدی 

زمانیکه PIN یا CARDمشابه با یک دیگر باشد بنا یک ان باید از بین برده شود و دیگری آن برای بررسی تفتیش داخلی نگهداری شود 

تنظیم و نګهداری تمام فورم های مشتریان بطور ماهوار و جداگانه / مسولیت از نظارت تمامی فعالیت های ATM و فعال نمودن کارت ها 

بلدیت و اشنایی کامل با تمامی مفاهیم ، فعالیت ها و پروسه های ماشین اتومات صرافی 

رهنمایی کردن مشتریان برای استفاده نمودن کارت های ATM و رسیده گی به تمام شکایت مشتریان به وقت و نگهداری فورم های آن در دوسیه  

انجام نمودن سروی برای ارائیه خدمات بهتر ATM و تشخیص نمودن ضروریات برای پشرفت در اینده 

راپور دهی و کارکرده گی بصورت ماهانه ،پابند بودن به تمام امورات بخش مربوط پالسی و پروسیجر شعبه 

Job Requirements

شرایط استخدام:

سویه تحصیلی:

حد اقل لیسانس در رشته های اقتصاد,اداره و پالیسی عامه 

تجربه کاری:

داشتن 2 سال تجربه در امور بانکی و مرتبط به وظیفه 

مهارت های لازم:

بلدیت کامل به هردو لسان روهی .

آشنایی به لسارسمی کشور " پشتو و دری " 

توانایی در کار گن انگلیسی و پروگرام های کمپیوتر.
