Job Summary

پیشبردامور داد و ستد نقدی روزمره نظر به ضرورت شعبات در مطابقت به اسناد ارائیه شده جهت رفع نیازمندی های شعبات بانک .

Duties & Responsibilities

اجرای تمام امور نقدی بخش مربوطه جهت استفاده و رفع ضرورت های عاجل اداره مربوطه.

توزیع پول حواله شده به هیئت خریداری تعیین شده به منظور خریداری روزمره.

طی مراحل اسناد مصارفاتی به شعبات ذیربط به منظورحصول وجه سردستی ورفع جمع دهی

ارسال اسناد خریداری شده به مدیریت محاسبه غرض مجرائی به کود های معینه آن .

تهیه و ترتیب گزارش به مدیریت تهیه 

اجرای سایر وظایف مطابق پالیسی وپروسیجر واحکام قانون که از طرف آمر مستقیم ومافوق سپرده میشود .

Job Requirements

شرایط استخدام:

سویه تحصیلی: لیسانس در رشته اقتصاد، سایر رشته های مرتبط به وظیفه و تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه

تجربه کاری: درصورتیکه تجربه داشته باشد ترجیح داده میشود.

مهارت های لازم:

آشنایی با کمپیوترپروگرام MS Office و سیستم بانکداری جدید

تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور ( دری و پشتو )

بلدیت به لسان انگلیسی

آشنائی با سیستم محاسبوی
