Duties & Responsibilities

شرح وظایف:

تحریر تمام مکاتیب داخلی و خارجی و طی مراحل اجرایوی

ارسال راپور ها از فعالیت ماهوار ، سالانه به آمریت امور شرعی و بورد شرعی .

حفظ ، نگهداشت اسناد ضروری ، ترتیب ، تنظیم ، کنترول ، سیستم فایلنگ ، وارسی از تمام بخش های اجرائیه .

مکاتیب حفظ شده طور ترتیب و تنظیم گردد که حین ضرورت فوراً به دسترس قرار گیرد

مراقبت ، کنترول و ارزیابی از صفایی مدیریت

 تنظیم نمودن کارمندان به کورس های فنی و آموزشی در امور شرعی و بانکی.

ترتیب و تنظیم جلسات بورد شرعی در مطابقت به قانون بانکداری و متحدالمال های د افغانستان بانک.

آگاهی دهی اعضای مشاورت بورد ، آمرین بانک از تاریخ تدویر و اجندا جلسات بورد شرعی.

تسلیمی و انتقال اسناد جمع آوری شده آمریت ها و مدیریت های عمومی مربوط بانک بشکل هارد و سافت غرض مطالعه بورد شرعی سه روز قبل از تدویر جلسه.

یاد داشت، تحریر و ترتیب صورت جلسات بورد شرعی.

اخذ امضاء اعضاء بورد شرعی در رویداد جلسات.

تکثیر تصاویب و هدایات مندرج رویداد جلسات به آمریت ها و شعبات مربوط.

حفظ و نگهداری صورت جلسات بورد شرعی در دفاتر مربوط.

تعقیب هدایات بورد شرعی بانک.

بر علاوه وظایف مندرج لایحه وظایف اگر از طرف آمرین بخش ها در چوکات قانون وظیفه امور دیگر محول شود مکلف به انجام آن میباشد .

 

وظایف مدیریتی بست:

آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات بانکی افغانستان.

فهم و تطبیق مقررات بانکی.

توانائی تفهیم و مفاهمه.

مهارت در تحلیل و تجزیه معاملات مالی و بانکی از لحاظ شرعی.

سلوک و رفتار اخلاقی.

بلدیت کامل با موضوعات بانکداری اسلامی و برنامه های مورد ضرورت کمپیوتر.

 

Job Requirements

شرایط استخدام:

لیسانس در اسلامیات/شرعیات ، به دارنده سند ماستری ارجحیت داده میشود .

دو سال تجربه کاری در بخش های مدیریتی و تجربه بانکداری ارجحیت داده میشود.

بلدیت کامل به زبان های رسمی کشور.

آشنائی به زبان عربی و انگلیسی.

آشنائی با برنامه های (آفیس).
