Duties & Responsibilities

مرور پالیسی ، پروسیجر ، محصولات و طرزالعمل های تصویب شده بخش های بانک.

 بررسی و کنترول معاملات، خدمات، عملیات بانکی، صورت‌ حسابات مالی و تمام سوابق حسابداری به ‌منظور اطمینان از تطابق با احکام شریعت، فتواها و رهنمودهای صادر شده توسط بورد شرعی و مراجع نظارتی.

شناسایی معاملات غیر شرعی و ارایه گزارش آن به آمر امور شرعی و حصول اطمینان از عواید حاصله و مصارف آن در مطابقت به اصول شرعی.

اطمینان از سنجش مصارف اداری طبق اصول و تقسیم نفع و ضرر در مطابقت به نسبت‌های مشخص شده.

تکثیر یافته های تفتیش به بخش های مربوطه و اطمینان از اجرای به‌ موقع اقدامات اصلاحی آن.

تعقیب و حصول اطمینان از معلومات در مطابقت به اصول شرعی، تفصیلات محصولات، و ارایه پاسخ به سوالات مشتریان در ویب سایت بانک.

مرور پروپوزل های تمام محصولات، توافق ‌نامه‌ها، قراردادها و سایر اسناد قبل از ارائه به بورد شرعی.

مرور تمام محصولات و ساختار معاملات و غنا مندی آن از دید شرعی و تعدیلات مناسب در روشنی اصول شریعت.

تحلیل و ارزیابی مارکیت های داخلی و خارجی برای سرمایه گذاری و ارائه مشوره به دیپارتمنت های بانک.

تدویر برنامه های آموزشی غرض ارتقای ظرفیت کارکنان بانک در هماهنگی با بخش های مربوطه.

علاوه بر وظایف فوق مکلف به اجرای تمام امور محول شده از جانب آمر مستقیم و سایر مقامات ذیصلاح می باشد.

وظایف مدیریتی بست:

     آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات بانکی افغانستان. 

فهم تفسیر و تطبیق مقررات بانکی.

 توانائی تفهیم و مفاهمه.

مهارت در تحلیل و تجزیه معاملات مالی و بانکی از لحاظ شرعی.

 سلوک و رفتار اخلاقی.

 بلدیت کامل با موضوعات بانکداری اسلامی و برنامه های مورد ضرورت کمپیوتر.

Job Requirements

شرایط استخدام:

لیسانس در بخش های علوم اسلامی در معاملات مالی/ اقتصاد اسلامی و شرعیات به دارنده سند ماستری در بخش های متذکره ارجحیت داده می شود.

پنج سال تجربه کاری در بخش بانکدار اسلامی.

بلدیت با هر دو لسان رسمی کشور.

آشنائی به زبان عربی و انگلیسی.

آشنائی با برنامه های (آفیس).
