Kabul Municipality Payments Integrated with Pashtany Bank’s Banking System
The electronic collection system for Kabul Municipality’s urban services fees (IFMS) has been connected to Pashtany Bank’s banking payment system, enabling all payments related to Kabul Municipality to be processed through this system.

Under this system, when a person pays fees or other charges related to Kabul Municipality at Pashtany Bank, the payment information is electronically transferred to the IFMS system, and the payment status is also recorded in the system. As a result, citizens no longer need to physically submit their payment receipts to Kabul Municipality offices after completing their bank payments.
This system is used for payments related to urban services fee booklets, building permits, and other revenue sources of Kabul Municipality. By integrating this system with the banking system, payments, record-keeping, and revenue tracking are managed in an organized and electronic manner.
